Residents of Pinellas County would be well served by:

ready access to information on social conditions in their community,
indicators that show how the communtiy is doing overall, and provide direction for targeted investments in new and increased services,
a system to enhance data-driven decisions regarding the provision and funding of social services, and
the development and effective use of community indicators across the community.
